Since 2016, co-founder and CEO Malik "Fig" James has been empowering Southern California's football community through Premium Sports, his youth sports organization. For nearly a decade, Premium Sports has helped develop and send numerous athletes to the NFL. This ground-level experience gave Fig an intimate understanding of the athlete's journey—the pressures, the sacrifices, and the untapped potential beyond the field.

Sam Yaffa brings a complementary lens. With a background in finance and as chairman of The Yaffa Family Foundation, Sam has dedicated himself to student-athlete development through community programs and initiatives across Southern California youth football. His expertise ensures that every partnership is structured not just for today's opportunity, but for tomorrow's stability.
